Many of the most beautiful, well-curated, or thoughtfully-planned real weddings we feature on One Fab Day, are international affairs. With guests coming in from all over the world, couples tend to pull out all the stops in showing them great food, flowing drinks, beautiful surroundings, and lots of craic.
All of which is true for Bronwyn and Misha's stunning wedding at Kilkea Castle. You may have already seen their wedding film by B&G Wedding Films (if not, give it a watch!), and today we're treated to their beautiful photos by Chris Copeland Photography. Cue glamorous style, stunning florals, tall tapered candles, and a confetti-filled party!
Bronwyn's first look with her dad, this moment gets us every. single. time.
Bronwyn and Misha tell us their romance started on a boat on the Thames in 2015, “Fast forward two years and after a crazy long-distance between London and Australia involving many weekends in Dubai and Singapore, Misha proposed on another boat in San Francisco,” says Bronwyn, “In 40 knot winds, he was wise to propose with jelly ring (with the real one hidden in a bag and making an appearance later)”.
A very dapper line-up of gents!
The couple thoughtfully created a space in their reception for those who couldn't be there to celebrate in person.
What a stunning ceremony backdrop, the flowers, lining the aisle by The French Touch are exquisite (and just wait until you see the reception arrangements!).
The Dublin Gospel choir serenaded the couple and their guests throughout the ceremony.
This pair are so clearly head over heels!
>span class="s1">As neither of the couple are religious, they opted for a unique outdoor ceremony, “Having our close friend Neema (who also was there when we first met and helped Misha plan the proposal) marry us in a really personal ceremony, was a dream come true. Getting three days of sunshine and having most of the three days outdoors was the cherry on the cake!”
Now that might just be the most epic first kiss we've ever seen!
Lucking out with the weather, guests enjoyed drinks outdoors, with the Kilkea Castle as a spectacular backdrop.
Bronwyn's bridesmaids looked gorgeous in mix and match bridesmaids dresses from Ghost, I love how the jewel tones and blush pair together.
How have we waited this long to wax lyrical about Bronwyn's look. The stunning bride rocked a strapless Vera Wang gown, the classic strapless silhouette was given a playful feel with reams of soft tulle in the skirt. I love that she wore her hair down in bouncy waves to create an informal feel to her look.
The bride and groom named their tables after some of the most important cities in their lives.
I am obsessed with the styling of Bronwyn and Misha's reception! The contrasting colours, the tapered candles, the opulent dripping blooms, the gold touches, it strikes an elegant, romantic yet contemporary feel.
A couple who put a lot of thought into their wine selection, is a couple after our own hearts!
The gold leaf buttercream wedding cake by Primrose Lane is so stunning and ties in beautifully with the rest of the reception details.
Looks like there were lots of big laughs throughout the speeches!
>span class="s1">The couple speak so highly of everyone who worked across their wedding, “Our suppliers ALL went above and beyond. We can't thank or recommend them enough. Joseph and Chris were the highlights for many reasons, the main one being it felt like we had friends with us throughout the day, no awkward stuffy moments and plenty of laughs!”
The couple stole a few moments away before the dancing kicked off for a gorgeous golden hour shoot with photographer, Chris Copeland.
Thanks so much to Bronwyn and Misha for letting us in on your day, and thank you to Chris Copeland Photography for sharing it with us - see more from their wedding in the gallery below and make sure you watch their wedding film too!
